He received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida State University, became an ordained minister and serves the Watson Temple Institutional Church of God Christ, and, prior to and while establishing Blessed Enterprise, he held leadership positions in a variety of corporate and government agencies. His professional roles have included Acting Deputy Director, Financial Strategist, Operations Management Consultant, Senior Management Analyst, Government Operations Consultant, Chief: Bureau of Human Resources, and System Programming Administrator for enterprises that include Marriot Corporation, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, and the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security. Vincent began his career as a supply sergeant in charge of logistics for The United States Army, serving in the Gulf War, Desert Storm. His areas of expertise encompass strategic planning, business leadership, operations management, public relations, marketing growth, financial management, contract negotiations, productive communications, corporate mediation strategies, team leadership, identification of purpose, effective goal attainment, and professional training programs, among others. His leadership in personal growth and development, inspiration and motivation, provides the basis for his motivational CD, “Acquiring Your Dreams,” as well as his highly anticipated book, “Mr. Speaker’s Stratagems.” He is the author of the “Mr. Speaker Speaks” editorial column printed in Tallahassee’s Capital Outlook newspaper. He is also host of the radio talk show program, “What Matters Most To You,” which airs on Fridays at 12 noon on WTAL 1450 AM Tallahassee. Vincent T.
